To allow for an even greater diversity of workshops, the EASC Board has decided to extend the submission deadline by one additional week. You now have until Friday, May 30, 2025, to send in your proposals.

We warmly encourage you to help shape this year’s congress by submitting a workshop proposal for the Call for Papers—your ideas and expertise are what make our community thrive!

To support your application, please find attached the following documents:

3. Declaration of consent

Why apply?

This is a wonderful opportunity to share your knowledge, connect with peers across Europe, and contribute meaningfully to the development of our professional community.

Who can apply?

• All EASC members are eligible to offer a workshop.
• Non-members may apply only in collaboration with an EASC member.

Congress fees – please read carefully:

• EASC members attend the congress free of charge.
• Workshop presenters who are EASC members will receive a small token of appreciation for their contribution.
• Non-members co-presenting a workshop with an EASC member will also attend for free.
• Non-members not offering a workshop are required to pay a flat fee of 60 euros.
