Dear EASC Members,

Since November 2022, EASC, ANSE and EMCC have been in dialogue to give supervision and coaching more visibility in the European Parliament and the European Union. In January 2024, there will be another meeting with members and staff of the European Parliament in Brussels! The content will be an overview of our views on "Reflective Practice", which is the greatest common ground of EASC, ANSE and EMCC.

Together we want to prepare this. We will look at the commonalities, differences and potentials of "Reflective Practice" in the workplace in the different associations. We want to discuss these in focus groups with six to nine people mixed from the three associations. The discussions will be led by a moderator - we are also looking for support among you for the moderations. The working language will be English.

The meetings will take place online, each Wednesday 15 November from 18:00 - 20:00 CET and Saturday 18 November from 10:00 - 12:00 CET.
