Our next Annual General Assembly of Members will take place on
- Friday, 15 September 2017
- from 15:00 to 18:00 hours
- at Coaching Institut Berlin, Waldstr. 32, 10551 Berlin
We are sending you the official call to file motions with this email, as a deadline needs to be met for the invitation and the call for motions.
According to the by-laws, we herewith send all members of the association the call to file motions to the Annual General Assembly of Members until
- Friday, 04 August 2017 (cut-off period!)
- by email to the Office of EASC: office@easc-online.eu
- or by mail to: EASC e.V., Waldstraße 32, 10551 Berlin, Germany.
Motions that are received in time will be sent with the invitation.
The Assembly will only be entitled to vote on these motions.
The invitation will be sent four weeks before the date of the Assembly at the latest, together with the agenda and the respective motions.
