Estimados colegas:

Dear Colleagues,
One of the things I value most about the work with my colleagues at EASC is that we have never wanted to be just another professional association.
Of course, professional standards, certification and quality matter. They are an important part of who we are.
But I believe the real strength of the EASC lies somewhere else.
Our ambition has always been to create a European community where coaches and supervisors continue to learn from one another throughout their professional lives.
A place where we exchange ideas, challenge each other's thinking, build meaningful relationships and help each other grow. This is the challenge we have set for ourselves and our upcoming congress in Budapest is an important part of ourcommon path.
Building a successful practice doesn't have to be a solo journey. As Coaches and Supervisors, most of us work independently. We all invest time and energy in becoming better professionals, developing our services, supporting our clients more effectively and growing our own businesses.
The best ideas rarely emerge in isolation.
They emerge through
- conversations,
- hearing how someone else approached a similar challenge.
- exchanging experiences with colleagues who see the world differently, and through
- asking questions we might never have asked ourselves.
That is why meeting in person still matters.
As a European association, we naturally spend much of our time online. We learn together online, exchange ideas online and work together across countries and cultures.
I'm grateful that we can.
But some conversations only happen when people share the same room.
That is why our Congress in Budapest is so important to me.
Because, for two days, our European association becomes something you can truly experience.
This year's theme — Diversity. Democracy. Dialogue. — reflects many of the questions our clients are already bringing into coaching, supervision and organisational development:
How do we build trust when perspectives differ?
How do we support dialogue in increasingly complex organisations? How do we work constructively with diversity while helping people and teams move forward together?
These are not questions for the future.
They are already part of our everyday work.
That is why we have worked so hard to create a programme that is truly worth your time.
We believe these conversations will not only inspire you professionally, but also give you practical ideas, fresh perspectives and valuable connections that strengthen your work, your practice and, ultimately, your business.
As someone living in Hungary, I'm especially looking forward to welcoming you to Budapest. September is a beautiful time to be here, and I hope you'll enjoy not only the city itself, but also the many conversations that happen before the first session begins, over coffee during the breaks and long after the official programme has ended.
Especially if you have
- never attended an EASC Congress,
- never joined one of our online exchange formats or
- simply not found your place in the EASC yet.
I'd love you to give yourself these two days.
Your congress participation is already included in your membership.
I hope Budapest will help you discover another side of the EASC—one that supports not only your professional development, but also the people and relationships that help all of us build stronger practices together.
I truly hope to welcome you in September.
If you have any questions, the EASC Congress Team is glad to help you (congress@easc-online.eu) - and you can find the program here: https://events.zoom.us/ev/Ag84mlQ0qvX7CBgBDroyJc3lQCU2F8b09dTOYyTiwUECWMgvaMCR~AiKAMQheh44gGIgw7BB2qRlw8MqaAqQ99ikzYS9_Po6uRCugVdPp9Ir-Nw
Warm regards,
Amina Eperjesi (Second Chair of EASC)
