EASC Call for submission of proposals/motions to the General Assembly 2024

Dear colleagues,
members of EASC,

our next General Assembly will take place

• on Thursday, 19 September 2024
  from 18:00 to 20:00 h (06:00 – 08:00 pm)

In hybrid format:

• Live in Prague, at the Czech Technical University, Masaryk Dormitory Congress Centre

and

• Digitally via Zoom

As there is a deadline for the invitation to the General Assembly and the call for proposals, you will receive the official call for proposals with this email:

In accordance with the Statutes of Association, we hereby publicly call for proposals to be submitted to the General Assembly of Members by

• Thursday, August 1^st 2024 (cut-off deadline!)

to the EASC office:

• by e-mail: office@easc-online.eu

Please use this form to formulate your applications.

Proposals received in due time will be sent out with the invitation to the General Assembly . Only these proposals can be voted on by the General Assembly.

The invitation will be sent to you by e-mail at least four weeks before the date of the general assembly together with the agenda and these very porposals.
