EASC -Call for Motions to the Annual General Assembly (AGA) 2026

Dear EASC Members,
Our next Annual General Assembly (AGA) will be held
- on Thursday, November 19, 2026
- from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. CET
as a virtual meeting via Zoom.
As the Association's Bylaws prescribe specific deadlines for convening the Annual General Assembly and for the submission of motions, we would like to inform you at this time of the opportunity to submit motions for consideration.
All members of the Association are hereby invited to submit motions for consideration by the Annual General Assembly by submitting them to the EASC Head Office:
- no later than Tuesday, September 29, 2026, (submission deadline)
- by email: office@easc-online.eu
Please use the designated form when submitting your motion(s).
Motions received by the stated deadline will be distributed to all members together with the formal notice convening the Annual General Assembly and will be included on the agenda.
The Annual General Assembly may only consider and vote on motions that have been duly submitted within the prescribed deadline.
The official notice of the Annual General Assembly, together with the agenda and all motions received, will be sent to members by email no later than four weeks prior to the date of the Assembly.
