We warmly invite you to this year’s

Ordinary Annual General Assembly of Members 2023
on Thursday, 14 September 2023 from 6.00 - 8.00 p.m.

digitally via Zoom

Registration process:
To participate in the General Assembly, registration is required.
Please register not later than 13/09/2022, 24.00 h by sending an email to mv_ga-2023@easc-online.eu.
Those who have registered will receive the dial-in data to the Zoom Meeting at a later date.

Election and voting procedures:
All elections and votings are conducted using the election tool eBallot.
Those persons who have registered will receive the dial-in data for the election process at a later date.
All active association members who have paid their annual fees by the time of the general meeting are allowed to vote.

• Applications to the GA 2023
• Budget 2024
• Minutes of the GA 2022
• Voting delegation form
• Reports of the committees (missing reports will be submitted later)

The presentations of the candidates are to be found here. Missing presentations will be handed in at a later date.

The meeting language is English. We will organise the consecutive translation English: German, Spanish and Czech as needed. We kindly ask you to inform us of your translation needs when registering.
The general meeting starts punctually at 6.00 pm.
Admission is from 5.30 p.m. on site or 5.45 p.m. digitally to confirm attendance and voting rights.
