Registration process:
To participate in the General Assembly, you register by midnight on September 17, 2024 at the latest at the email address general-assembly@easc-online.eu When registering, please indicate whether you are participating via Zoom or in person.
Election and voting procedures:
Elections and votes are conducted for digital participants using the eBallot voting tool.
Those who have registered for online participation will receive the Link for their attendance via zoom and the dial-in data for the eBallot voting tool at a later date. In person, elections are held by secret ballot.

The language of the meeting is English. Translations into German, Czech and Spanish are available for online participants.
The General Assembly begins punctually at 6.00 pm. Admission to confirm attendance and voting rights will take place from 5.30 p.m. on site and digitally.
