We warmly invite you to this year’s
Ordinary Annual General Assembly
on Thursday, November 20, 2025, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Digital via Zoom
Registration process:
To participate in the General Assembly, you must register by 11:59 p.m. on November 18, 2025, at the latest, by sending an email to general-assembly@easc-online.eu .
Registrations that are not received by the deadline cannot be accepted, as the election process must be set up in advance to ensure a proper election.
The same requirements and deadlines apply to proxy voting.
Election and voting procedures:
Elections and votes will be conducted online using the eBallot election tool.
All persons who have registered to participate in the General Assembly will receive a link to participate in the General Assembly via Zoom, the dial-in details for the eBallot election tool, and instructions on the election procedure at a later date.

Various committees need to be filled again this year. The submitted candidatures can be found at this link.
Any missing documents will be submitted at a later date.
The meeting will be held in English. Translations into German, Czech, and Spanish will be available.
The General Assembly will begin at 6:00 p.m.
Admission to confirm attendance and voting rights will take place from 5:00 p.m. We therefore ask that you arrive early.
