Dear members,
Next Thursday, 14.09.2023 at 06.00 pm, our annual General Assembly will be held in hybrid format.
The "live" participants in Würzburg will meet at the conference center Vineyard Würzburg e.V.
Many members have already registered for online participation. You can still do this until midnight on 13.09.2023 at the following email address: mv_ga-2023@easc-online.eu.
We will send those registered for online participation the zoom link in advance by email, as well as the dial-in data for the online voting tool eBallot shortly before the meeting.
Participants on site vote with traditional ballot papers.

At our Assembly, we will also be holding staff elections. To allow you to get to know the candidates in advance, they will briefly introduce themselves here.
