Our annual general meeting will take place on Thursday, September 19, 2024 at 6 p.m. in hybrid format.
Please register at general-assembly@easc-online.eu by midnight on September 17, 2024 and indicate how you will participate: online via Zoom or in person.
Those registered for online participation will receive the Zoom link in advance by e-mail and, shortly before the meeting, the individual dial-in data for online voting tool eBallot.
Participants on site will vote using traditional ballot papers.

In case of display problems on Apple computers: Please open the documents with the program Adobe Acrobat Reader.
We will also be holding elections to different bodies at our General Assembly. So that you can get to know the candidates a little in advance, they will briefly introduce themselves here.
