Dear members and institutes,

What we are sending you by email today is the result of three intensive years of work involving a number of dedicated people from EASC. As the Board, we have the pleasure to present the result of the reform group that was set up in 2021.

The first part of this new and revised quality manual presents the history and the path to the present result.

Our thanks go to all those who have actively contributed and thought along with us:
Andreas Wolf, Hans-Günter Simon, Volker Tepp, Karin Halbritter, Daniel Frei in the first place, but also Petra Lietz, Mathias Hühnerbein and all institute representatives and members who took part in the numerous meetings of the reform group, where they discussed and presented their results again and again.

Here you will find a new version of our existing quality manual, much more sophisticated, well thought-out and orientated towards scientific quality criteria. The requirements resulting from the co-operation with the universities have been incorporated accordingly. In short, a manual that shows and demonstrates the extent to which EASC is committed to maintaining a high standard of quality, continuously developing and adapting to current requirements.

Please take the time to study this manual, analyse it and include it in your plans and further orientations as members and institutes. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have and will present an implementation plan before the General Assembly to show how the new elements of this manual are to be smoothly integrated into EASC's current work.

For the time being, the current work of the reform group is finished with this proposal. The Board will now take care of the implementation steps, certainly with the involvement of the previous experts and guardians of the current manual.

We will incorporate feedback loops and support our members and institutes in integrating the new criteria and specifications into their current work.

More on the next steps shortly, but for now, as already mentioned, a clear THANK YOU to everyone involved and we wish you all many ‘aha moments’ and good energy when reading the new manual.

Vážení členové a instituty,

to, co vám dnes posíláme e-mailem, je výsledkem tří let intenzivní práce, na níž se podílela řada aktivních lidí z EASC. Jako správní rada máme dnes to potěšení představit vám výsledek práce reformní skupiny, která vznikla v roce 2021.

První část této nové a revidované příručky kvality představuje historii a cestu k současnému výsledku.

Děkujeme všem, kteří se aktivně podíleli a přemýšleli spolu s námi:
Andreas Wolf, Hans-Günter Simon, Volker Tepp, Karin Halbritter, Daniel Frei na prvním místě, ale také Petra Lietz, Mathias Hühnerbein a všichni zástupci a členové institutů, kteří se účastnili četných setkání reformní skupiny, kde diskutovali a prezentovali své výsledky!

Zde tedy najdete novou verzi naší stávající příručky kvality, mnohem propracovanější, promyšlenější a orientovanou na vědecká kritéria kvality. Požadavky vyplývající ze spolupráce s univerzitami do ní byly odpovídajícím způsobem zapracovány. Zkrátka příručka, která ukazuje a dokládá, že EASC má velký zájem o udržení vysokého standardu kvality, chce se neustále rozvíjet a přizpůsobovat aktuálním požadavkům.

Věnujte prosím čas prostudování této příručky, analyzujte ji a zahrňte ji do svých plánů a dalšího směřování jako členové a instituty. Rádi zodpovíme vaše dotazy a před výroční valnou hromadou představíme plán implementace, který ukáže, jak mají být nové prvky této příručky plynule začleněny do současné práce EASC.

Tímto návrhem prozatím současná práce reformní skupiny končí. O prováděcí kroky se nyní postará správní rada, jistě za účasti dosavadních odborníků a strážců stávající příručky.

Budeme rádi za zpětnou vazbu a podpoříme naše členy a instituty při začleňování nových kritérií a specifikací do jejich současné práce.

O dalších krocích se dozvíte více v nejbližší době, ale prozatím, jak již bylo zmíněno, všem zúčastněným jednoznačně DĚKUJEME a přejeme vám všem mnoho „aha momentů“ a dobré energie při čtení nové příručky.

P.S. V současné době je příručka k dispozici pouze v němčině a angličtině. Na španělské a české verzi se pracuje, brzy budou následovat.
