With this circular email, we would like to inform you about some important issues concerning the association.
Extraordinary General Assembly on December 4, 2024 – Election of the ethics committee:
The vote of mistrust in the ethics committee by the general meeting on September 19, 2024 made it necessary to elect a new committee.
The general meeting has elected the following new committee members:
- Nadia Altenpohl
- Frédérique Anthierens
- Bohumila Baštecká
- Melanie Eberle
- Timea Ferencsak
- Marie Marečková
- Klaus Nieland
Extraordinary General Assembly on December 4, 2024 – Election of the Board:
Elena Hofmann was elected as a new member of the board.
Extraordinary General Assembly on 04.12.2024 – Special levy:
In order to make it possible for everyone to attend the congresses, the general meeting has decided to levy a special charge once a year. In return, participation in the congresses is now free of charge.
The levy is strictly tied to covering the costs of the congress and cannot be used for other purposes. It amounts to €20.00 for all members in country category 1 (Switzerland, etc.), €15.00 for country category 2 (Germany, Austria, etc.) and €10.00 for country categories 3 and 4 (Spain, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, etc.).
The invoices for the special levy will be sent together with the annual invoice for the membership fee.
Membership fee invoices 2025 – 25.03.2025:
The invoicing process for the 2025 membership fees will take place on 25.03.2025.
Please check in advance that your email addresses are entered correctly in your member profile.

Work on the website – 13/14/03/2025:
