Dear colleagues and members

On 17 September 2021, from 06.00 to 08.00 pm, we will once again hold our Annual General Assembly in digital format.

Book the date now, we look forward to your large attendance!

The AGA is an active instrument of co-determination, and this time we will make it very dynamic.

In the coming days and weeks we will make the following documents available to you:

• Call for motions
• Call for the assembly with all the reports of the committees and with the motions received.

The documentation will be available on the website in different languages before the assembly. Please take a look before 17 September, as the focus on the day of the General Assembly will be on the joint debate and follow-up questions. 

This year there will be also held elections for the following bodies:

• Board: 4 people are standing for (re-)election: 2 people as assessors, the position of vice-chair and the position of treasurer (re-election).
• CQS (Quality and Standards Committee), 4 persons are standing for (re-)election.
• Audit of accounts: 2 persons are standing for (re-)election. 

We welcome anyone who is interested in actively participating in one of these bodies or taking on tasks in specialist working groups.

As a European federation, it is also important to us that we represent the diversity of nationalities in our committees. Therefore, we would like to ask all associated persons, whether in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Spain, Germany, Austria, Switzerland or other countries, to consider whether they have the time and desire to represent and develop the EASC together.
