We warmly invite you to this year’s

Ordinary Annual General Assembly of Members
on Friday, 17 September 2021 from 6.00 - 8.00 p.m.
for the first time via our new online format CVENT.

Registration process:
In order to participate in the General Assembly, registration is required. Please register no later than 16.09.2021, 24.00 hrs at the EASC Congress link (please register as a member).

Election and voting processes:
Elections and voting are conducted using the election tool eBallot.
All persons who have registered will receive the dial-in data for the election process at a later date.

are available for download here.

The meeting language is English. German-English-Spanish and Czech translation will be provided.

You can obtain the instructions for language translation here. One translation channel is provided for each language direction. You can therefore switch to the target language of your choice in each case.

The General Assembly starts punctually at 6.00 pm.
Admission is from 5.45 p.m. to confirm attendance and voting rights.
