During this month’s It’s EASC Time we will be virtually traveling around the globe through a Christmas Quiz! We will be asking questions about Christmas traditions in various countries, join us to learn all about Christmas around the world!
Procedure
We will have a brief introduction in the beginning and then our participants will be split up into breakout rooms. With their colleagues from the breakout rooms, the teams will be able to discuss the various questions and their possible answers. Once we have gone through the quiz, we will meet again all together in the plenary and discuss the answers - hopefully while learning some fun facts about different Christmas traditions and sipping on mulled wine!
Linguistic comprehension
The plenary presentations will be in English.
Translation into English, Czech and Spanish and back into German will be provided. Instructions on how to enter the language box can be found here. We kindly ask the participants with translation needs to inform the office about their coming by 20.12.2022.
As for the small groups, together we will ensure language understanding and communication
