In this session, we will introduce the science and methodology behind Innermetrix diagnostics: how the system is built, what it measures, why it is valid, and how coaches use it in real leadership, performance, and development contexts.

Maximilian will guide you through:

  • The methodology behind the profiles (how results are generated, interpreted, and applied)
  • Sample profiles and real use cases to demonstrate depth and coaching relevance
  • How coaches can work with Innermetrix in their practice (leadership, performance, team, and personal development work)
  • A live introduction to IMX’s AI development: IMMY – the AI Coach Assistant, designed to support (not replace) professional coaching

 

The focus is clarity and professional understanding: how the system works, why it works, and how it can be used responsibly.
After the Session: After the webinar, participants will have the option to try the assessment and experience the system first-hand.

Linguistic comprehension
The plenary presentation will be in English.
Translation into German, Spanish and Czech and back into English will be provided. Instructions on how to enter the language box can be found here. We kindly ask the participants with translation needs to inform the office about their coming by 20.01.2026.
As for the small groups, together we will ensure language understanding and communication.
