Your body decides: the triadic 3² - concept of the Booster-Rabbits

The empowerment-training with my „Booster-Rabbits“ are based on the "Triadic Principle" developed at the I.T.S. – Institute for Triadic Systemics by Gabriela von Witzleben and Johannes von Witzleben. In this principle, the belly, heart and head are understood as equally important embodimental centres of perception and competence, representing the fundamental needs of autonomy, relationship and safety. Together, they form the triad, acting as grounding points within a triangle. Each centre can be active, interactive or reactive – creating a field of 3² – or nine – sensory stations that make the corresponding resources in the body directly accessible. The Booster-Rabbits offer a physical exercise at each station, designed to activate the corresponding resources in a self-directed way. This fosters self-empowerment without external attributions – the body determines perception and effect.

Linguistic comprehension
The plenary presentation will be in German.
Translation into English, Spanish and Czech and back into German will be provided. Instructions on how to enter the language box can be found here. We kindly ask the participants with translation needs to inform the office about their coming by 16.06.2026.
As for the small groups, together we will ensure language understanding and communication.
