Sales as Connection – Rethinking Your Role as a Coach

Coaching and sales have more in common than many people think: it's all about genuine connection. I invite Coaches and Supervisors to rethink sales processes – as conscious, effective relationship building.
With 15 years of sales experience, I show how visibility can be achieved – clearly, authentically and on an equal footing.

Procedure
We start with a 20 minutes Welcome Round in small groups for exchange and getting to know each other. After the input, there will be time for questions, suggestions, debate and comments.

Linguistic comprehension
The plenary presentations will be in German.
Translation into English, Spanish and Czech and back into German will be provided. Instructions on how to enter the language box can be found here. We kindly ask the participants with translation needs to inform the office about their coming by 17.06.2025.
As for the small groups, together we will ensure language understanding and communication.
