We will get together to celebrate, reflect on the year past and have fun spreading holiday cheer!
We are having our last - holiday edition - It's EASC Time! of 2023 together on the 20th of December and would like to celebrate with you!

We would love to celebrate with you and have fun together and also get to know each other better, so here is what we ask of you: 
If you are ready to share with us your favorite holiday tradition - either a special meal or a holiday custom or game you and your family are participating in and follow year after year  -please let us know so we can prepare our time together.

Please send an email to amina.eperjesi@easc-online.eu latest by December 18th, 2023! 

We look forward to hearing from many of you and creating a fun and colorful holiday tapestry for our year ending It's EASC Time! 
 

Procedure
We start with a 20 minutes´ Welcome Round in small groups for exchange and getting to know each other. After the input, there will be time for questions, suggestions, debate and comments.

Linguistic comprehension
The plenary presentations will be in English.
Translation into German and Czech and back into English will be provided. Instructions on how to enter the language box can be found here. We kindly ask the participants with translation needs to inform the office about their coming by 19.12.2023.
As for the small groups, together we will ensure language understanding and communication
