Creating a reflective practice is the focal point of our work as coaches and supervisors but building a reflective habit is not easy. In this first It's EASC Time!  of 2024 we will prepare for a reflective year.

We will look beyond the traditional journaling method and explore and experiment with a few creative techniques for building a reflective habit: besides cognitive reflective exercises we will explore other methods such as auditory, visual and even kinesthetic tools for reflections that you can use in your own practice throughout the year. (Inspired by the book "Creating the Reflective Habit" by Lucas, Michelle)

Procedure
We start with a 20 minutes´ Welcome Round in small groups for exchange and getting to know each other. After the input, there will be time for questions, suggestions, debate and comments.

Linguistic comprehension
The plenary presentations will be in English.
Translation into German, Spanish and Czech and back into English will be provided. Instructions on how to enter the language box can be found here. We kindly ask the participants with translation needs to inform the office about their coming by 16.01.2024.
As for the small groups, together we will ensure language understanding and communication
