Camino Portuguese: Impressions, Experiences, Insights

Input
It is about impressions, experiences, insights and what these have to do with supervision and transactional analysis. How do I use these insights for myself, my work and my clients? What benefits do I have and what benefits do my clients have? What is important for me to achieve a good balance between body and mind in order to reduce stress levels and cortisol levels in my body?
The result is balance through more energy, which I use in a targeted and more motivated way, so that my energy level is constantly renewed and I am balanced for longer periods of time.

Procedure
We start with a 20 minutes Welcome Round in small groups for exchange and getting to know each other. After the input, there will be time for questions, suggestions, debate and comments.

Linguistic comprehension
The plenary presentations will be in German.
Translation into Czech, Spanish and back into German will be provided. Instructions on how to enter the language box can be found here. We kindly ask the participants with translation needs to inform the office about their coming by 13.08.2024.
As for the small groups, together we will ensure language understanding and communication.
