Dr Dietmar Nowottka is managing partner of Progressio Consulting GmbH. He has been working as a supervisor, coach, organisational consultant and trainer (EASC) for 16 years.

Input
Leadership and counselling are becoming more and more complex. Solutions are to be found quickly, far too often we fall into impulsive action. Dietmar Nowottka will introduce us to his concept of “squarewise observation”and guide us through criterion-led watching because the key to many solutions lies in differentiated observation.

The evening will be moderated by  Daniela Finkelstein and Jakub Dvořák.

Procedure
As usual, we start with a 20-minute "Welcome" round in small groups to exchange and get to know each other - and to observe. This is followed by 40 minutes of input from Dietmar Nowottka. Afterwards we will have time for questions, suggestions, debate and comments.

Linguistic comprehension
The plenary presentations will be in German.
Translation into English, Czech and Spanish will be provided. Instructions on how to enter the language box can be found here. We ask participants with translation needs to inform the office of their arrival by May 16, 2022.
As for the small groups, as usual, we will ensure communication together.
