Join us for an interactive session exploring the Balance Map© – a visual and embodied approach to working with tensions in coaching, supervision, and team contexts. Based on the Riemann-Thomann model, the Balance Map© invites participants to engage with dynamics such as closeness and distance or stability and change – not as problems to solve, but as natural tensions to navigate. The session offers a conceptual introduction as well as practical insights into working with the map, including space for exchange and reflection.

Linguistic comprehension
The plenary presentation will be in German.
Translation into English, Spanish and Czech and back into German will be provided. Instructions on how to enter the language box can be found here. We kindly ask the participants with translation needs to inform the office about their coming by 19.05.2026.
As for the small groups, together we will ensure language understanding and communication.
