Topic
Sustainable Coaching as a competitive advantage

Presenters:
Sebastian Quirmbach

Input
‘Sustainable Coaching as a competitive advantage’ sheds light on how coaches not only assume social responsibility by integrating ecological, social and ethical sustainability into their practice, but also create future-proof offerings. Building on the revised declaration of the Sustainability Coaching Council (SCC), the presentation will show in a practical way, how systemic thinking, reflection, ethical orientation and change competence can be anchored in coaching training, supervision and organisational development. The focus is on the co-creation of sustainable solutions, the strengthening of collective change competence and a cooperation-based attitude. In this way, coaching becomes a strategic factor for sustainable change - and thus a real competitive advantage for individuals and organisations alike.

Procedure
We start with a 20 minutes Welcome Round in small groups for exchange and getting to know each other. After the input, there will be time for questions, suggestions, debate and comments.

Linguistic comprehension
The plenary presentations will be in German.
Translation into English, Spanish and Czech and back into German will be provided. Instructions on how to enter the language box can be found here. We kindly ask the participants with translation needs to inform the office about their coming by 20.05.2025.
