More than a blossom
Maybe you have heard about Ikigai and probably the first impression that comes into your mind is the so called Blossom of the Ikigai.
This Blossom of the Ikigai has become popular and is frequently used as a tool in coaching processes.
Coachees link the concept with a shining promise of easily finding their personal sense of life by working on four essential questions and defining the intersecting set of the four fields.  

Is that what the Ikigai is all about?

To anticipate the answer: The Blossom of the Ikigai is basically the attempt of a visualisation and simplifaction of a far more complex concept for Western people.
But what is the Ikigai about? Let’s look behind the scenes, dig deeper into this concept and explore more interesting links for the world of coaching.

Procedure
We start with a 20 minutes´ Welcome Round in small groups for exchange and getting to know each other. After the input, there will be time for questions, suggestions, debate and comments .

Linguistic comprehension
The plenary presentations will be in German.
Translation into English, Czech and Spanish and back into German will be provided. Instructions on how to enter the language box can be found here. We kindly ask the participants with translation needs to inform the office about their coming by 15.11.2022.
As for the small groups, together we will ensure language understanding and communication
