From Coaching to Impact: B Corp-Certification for EASC-Institutes

Certified B Corporations are leaders in the global movement for a more inclusive, equitable, and regenerative economy. Joining the B Corp movement as an EASC Institute means aligning your coaching or supervisory practice with a community dedicated to using business as a force for good. This certification isn’t just a label—it’s a commitment to meeting rigorous standards in social and environmental responsibility, transparency, and accountability.

Through B Corp, EASC institutes can amplify their impact by integrating sustainable practices, supporting community engagement, and enhancing client relationships. This journey not only differentiates your practice but connects you with a worldwide network of like-minded organizations dedicated to long-term positive change.

Procedure
We start with a 20 minutes Welcome Round in small groups for exchange and getting to know each other. After the input, there will be time for questions, suggestions, debate and comments.

Linguistic comprehension
The plenary presentations will be in English.
Translation into German, Spanish and Czech and back into English will be provided. Instructions on how to enter the language box can be found here. We kindly ask the participants with translation needs to inform the office about their coming by 19.11.2024.
As for the small groups, together we will ensure language understanding and communication.
