We are delighted to welcome two of our Board Members — Amina Eperjesi and Mechthild Müller — who will introduce you to EASC, its structure and Bodies, and the important role of the Board.

With so many new Members joining recently, this session is a wonderful opportunity to - get to know our Board Members personally, gain deeper insight into how EASC works and ask any questions you may have on how you can actively participate in EASC!
Whether you are new to EASC or have been with us for a while, we warmly invite you to connect, learn, and engage in this special session!

Procedure
We start with a 20 minutes Welcome Round in small groups for exchange and getting to know each other. After the input, there will be time for questions, suggestions, debate and comments.

Linguistic comprehension
The plenary presentations will be in English.
Translation into German, Spanish and Czech and back into English will be provided. Instructions on how to enter the language box can be found here. We kindly ask the participants with translation needs to inform the office about their coming by 14.10.2025.
As for the small groups, together we will ensure language understanding and communication.
