Digitisation, a sometimes mystical term that stands for everything and nothing which is currently perceived as arduous and different. And this does also concern the consulting and coaching guild. Both, in our "first-hand experience" and in the "foreign experience" of our clients.

Marcus Splitt offers two perspectives in his input:

• How can digitisation be understood?
• What to do when the feeling of a shock of reality sets in because the digital cannot be controlled?

Based on the authors Armin Nassehi (“Patterns: theory of the digital society”) and Sascha Lobo (“Reality Shock”), he examines the tensions arising from digitisation.

Volker Tepp will give an introduction and an overview of the DCPs (Digital Coaching Providers) that are active in the German-speaking world, using a survey by Jörg Middendorf and Michaela Ritter. This survey will be made available to the participants in German language.

Procedure:
We start with a 20 minutes´ Welcome Round in small groups for exchange and getting to know each other. After the input of 25 minutes, there will be time for questions, suggestions, debate and comments

Language
Depending on the participants – together we will provide translation and manage linguistic comprehension.  (For participants in other languages: We ask you to confirm your participation by September 14^th so that we can translate and send you the presentation in advance)
