Call for proposals to the Extraordinary General Meeting 2024

Dear colleagues, members of the EASC,

Our next general meeting will take place

on Wednesday, December 04, 2024

from 5:30 to 8:30 PM

digitally via Zoom (online format).

The Extraordinary General Meeting will have two topics/parts:

  • Internal association strategy discussion
    The Executive Board will send out a template for this in advance so that an open discussion can be held with members during the extraordinary general meeting.
  • Election of the Ethics Committee
    We hereby call for candidates to stand for election to a European Ethics Committee. The working language of the Ethics Committee will be English. If possible, five participants from different countries should be elected in order to reflect the diversity of the association.

 

As there is a deadline for the invitation to the General Assembly and the call for proposals, you will receive the official call for proposals with this e-mail.

In accordance with the Articles of Association, we hereby publicly call for proposals to be submitted to the General Assembly by

  • Wednesday, October 23, 2024 (cut-off deadline!)

to the EASC office:

Please use this form to formulate your motions.

Motions received by the deadline will be sent out with the invitation to the General Assembly. The meeting can only vote on these motions.

The invitation will be sent to you by e-mail at least four weeks before the date of the General Meeting, together with the agenda and the motions submitted by the deadline.
