We would like to remind you once again of the

Extraordinary General Meeting 2024

on Wednesday, December 04, 2024 from 5:30 - 7:00 p.m.

The meeting will be followed by a debate on the future strategy of EASC “Quó vadis EASC” until 8:30 p.m.

The event will take place online via Zoom.

If you would like to participate, please register by midnight on 01.12.2024 at the latest at the email address general-assembly@easc-online.eu.

There have been changes to the candidates for the Ethics Committee.

Thomas Wehrs has unfortunately withdrawn his candidacy.

Bohumila Baštecká and Marie Marečková have been added as candidates.

The documents required for the Extraordinary General Meeting with the updates are once again available for download here.

Please send any voting delegations to the EASC Office at office@easc-online.eu by midnight on 01.12.2024.

The meeting language is English.
Translations into German, Czech and Spanish are available.

The general meeting starts punctually at 5:30 p.m.
Admission to confirm attendance and voting rights will take place from 5:00 p.m.
