We would like to remind you once again about the

2025 Ordinary General Assembly, which will take place on Thursday, November 20, 2025, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Registration process
If you would like to participate, please register by 11:59 p.m. on November 18, 2024, at the latest, using the email address general-assembly@easc-online.eu. This also applies to all voting delegations and institutes.
 

Election and voting procedures
Only registered voters will receive the dial-in details for the eBallot voting tool and the Zoom link for the meeting.

The meeting will be held in English. Interpretation will be available in German, Spanish, and Czech.

An introduction to the agenda of the meeting and the technical details will be given at the beginning of the event.


Admission
Attendance and voting rights will be checked from 5:00 p.m.


We kindly ask you to arrive on time so that the event can start on time.
