Dear fellow EASC Members,

Our Board has been busy with many things already this year. One of such topics is the EASC congress for 2025 which will take place online this year on Friday the 19th and Saturday the 20th of September 2025. 

After some consideration within the board and consulting with our institutes at the most recent Institute's Meeting we are finally happy to announce the title for the online congress this year. As our world is increasingly becoming turbulent and unpredictable in so many ways we would like to focus on the power and resilience that our professions are able to offer. This is why the title of our virtual congress this Fall is:

EASC connects 2025 – Acting in Uncertain Times
How Coaching and Supervision Catalyse Clarity and Empowerment

We hope you find this topic as thought provoking and engaging as we do and together we will have a dynamic and empowering reflection on the world we live in and what we can all offer through the power of our professions. 

As always, this congress will not come to life without you and your offers to hold workshops exploring our topic. This is why we once again turn to you asking
for your help! If you’re keen on presenting a topic that interests you, we are now sending out the Call for Papers and would be thrilled to see your applications!

For those of you who would like to seize this opportunity we have attached three documents to this email – one explaining the Call for Papers,
another one being the document which needs to be filled out to apply and the declaration of consent to sign.

The deadline for applying is Friday, May 23rd , 2025, and please send all applications to workshop@easc-online.eu. 

A note on who can apply:
Any EASC member is automatically eligible to apply to offer a workshop - please see attached documents.
Non-EASC members can also apply but only jointly together with an EASC member. 

Congress Fees - please read carefully:
All EASC members attend the congress for free!
Workshop holders who are EASC members will be rewarded by a small nominal gift for their work and effort.
Non EASC members holding a workshop jointly with a member will not have to pay and will attend the conference for free.
The fee for the conference for non-members not offering a workshop is a flat fee of 60 euros. 

We are very much looking forward to receiving your ideas for workshops and creating an event where we can strengthen our connection, engage in inspiring content and leave empowered and inspired, ready to spread hope and resources to our communities outside of EASC.
