We cordially invite you to the

Extraordinary General Meeting 2024

on Wednesday, December 4, 2024 from 5.30 p.m.– 7 p.m.

The meeting will be followed by a debate on the future strategy of EASC “Quó vadis EASC” until 8.30 p.m..

in online format via Zoom.

Registration process:

In order to participate in the General Meeting, you must register by midnight on December 1, 2024 at the latest at the email address general-assembly@easc-online.eu.

Election and voting procedures:

Elections and votes will be conducted using the eBallot voting tool.

The link for Zoom participation and the dial-in data for the eBallot voting tool will be sent by email at a later date.

The meeting language is English.

Translations into German, Czech and Spanish are available.

The general meeting starts punctually at 5.30 pm.

Admission for confirmation of attendance and voting rights will take place from 5 p.m..
