Liebe Mitglieder,

einige von Euch haben heute oder in den letzten Tagen E-Mails wie die folgende erhalten.

Dear XXX,

Thank you for your email and I hope all is well around you?

I need your assistance with a transfer of 3.475 Euros for a delegate travel support. Due to some account auditing issues with the account department, the finance officer is unable to make bank appointments for transfers at the bank.

I am unable to do this on my own because l am currently away from the office with no remote access to make transfers from my personal bank account because I don't have my bank access token and the payment is needed urgently.

Could you let me know if you can possibly help with the transfer on my behalf for a later reimbursement, and if I could forward you the details for the payment.

If this is possible for you to assist personally or through your office, I will have the amount fully reimbursed back to you immediately. I am back to the office and reconcile the payment with the finance officer afterwards.
