Our Swiss Regional Group met for the 4th time in 2024 in November, this time in Suhr, near Aarau. We have 38 people on our mailing list, a good mix of different professions.
In the morning, the usual welcome with croissants, networking and information from EASC took place. This time there was a full-fledged lecture by Daniel Frei on the topic ‘How courage, decision and competence strengthen autonomy’. As always at the end of the year, we planned locations, organisers, impulse topics and speakers for the coming year.
For the afternoon, we added guests or groups of guests to our fixed intervision groups. Due to the weather, we were a small number this time, as there was heavy snowfall overnight. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal together, during which we were able to deepen our relationships and knowledge of each other.
The afternoon intervision groups are always the highlight. It takes a little effort to introduce your own coaching or supervision and to lead the peer counselling. However, we are always impressed by the importance and depth to which appreciation can lead in such a short time.
