Ab sofort und dringend suchen wir eine tatkräftige Person, die uns bei der Vorbereitung unseres On-line Kongresses unterstützt:
Das sind die Aufgaben:
- Einstellen der Texte zum Kongress und der Workshops auf Homepage
- Onboarding der Teilnehmer: innen, also Ansprechpartner:in für Nachfragen
- Ansprechpartner:in für technische Fragen während der beiden Veranstaltungstage/ Administrator:in
- Im Anschluss Mitarbeit an Auswertung – Verbesserungsvorschläge fürs nächste Mal
Wir bieten:
- Bezahlung im Rahmen der Ehrenamtspauschale in Höhe bis zu 3.000 Euro im Kalenderjahr oder ggf. andere Lösungen, die im Einzelfall geregelt werden müssten
- Schulung und Ansprechpartner:in für die genutzte Plattform
- Ein motiviertes Vorbereitungsteam, das mit Hilfe zur Seite steht
- Option auf weitere online Auftrittsbetreuungen in der Zukunft!

Dear member!
As from now, we are urgently looking for an active person to join us in the preparatory work for our On-line Congress:
These are the tasks
- Posting the texts of the congress and the workshops on the homepage
- Onboarding of participants, i.e. contact person for requests
- Contact person for technical questions during the two days of the event/ administrator
- Subsequent cooperation in evaluation - suggestions for improvement for next time
We offer:
- Payment within the honorary flat-rate allowance of up to 3,000 euros per calendar year or, if necessary, other solutions that would have to be regulated in individual cases.
- Training and contact person for the platform used
- A motivated preparation team that will be there to help
- Option for further online performance support in the future!
