Empowerment ist ein Schlüsselbegriff in der heutigen Arbeitswelt. Er ist aber kein Modewort, sondern in der Psychologie ein eingeführter Fachbegriff seit den 1990er Jahren. In der Praxis wird er oft falsch verstanden und mit Nebenwirkungen umgesetzt.
