In der Praxis wird er oft falsch verstanden und mit Nebenwirkungen umgesetzt. Dieser kostenlose Online-Kurs zeigt, was Empowerment wirklich ist, und leitet an, sich selbst und die Mitarbeitenden in Organisationen zu empowern.
