Das Surf & Soul Retreat ist eine einwöchige Auszeit für Menschen, die innehalten, auftanken und sich neu ausrichten möchten – mental, emotional und körperlich. In Andalusien verbinden sich Surfen, traumasensible Coaching-Impulse, Reflexionsräume und gemeinsames Erleben zu einer ganzheitlichen Erfahrung. Das Meer dient dabei als Spiegel und Lehrmeister: für Präsenz, Selbstregulation, Vertrauen und den bewussten Umgang mit inneren und äußeren Wellen. Das Retreat richtet sich an Menschen, die viel Verantwortung tragen – beruflich oder privat – und sich wieder näher kommen möchten, ohne Leistungsdruck oder Optimierungszwang. Es geht nicht um „höher, schneller, weiter“, sondern um Verstehen, Einordnen, Erleben und Integration. Elemente des Retreats: - Surfunterricht (für Anfänger:innen und Fortgeschrittene) - Geführte Reflexions- und Coaching-Sessions - Impulse zu mentaler Gesundheit, Resilienz & Selbstführung - Raum für Austausch, Stille und Integration - Natur, Meer, Bewegung und Gemeinschaft
