Workshop: Online-Workshop „Coaching von Glaubenssätzen“

Language(s): GermanGlaubenssätze – ob bewusst oder unbewusst – beeinflussen maßgeblich, wie Menschen wahrnehmen, denken, fühlen und handeln. Im Coaching tauchen sie häufig als „innere Wahrheiten“ auf, die Entwicklung fördern oder blockieren können. In dieser praxisorientierten dreistündigen Online-Fortbildung beschäftigen wir uns intensiv mit der Frage, wie Coaches und Supervisor:innen hinderliche Glaubenssätze erkennen, reflektieren und konstruktiv verändern können. Neben theoretischen Grundlagen zu Entstehung und Typologie von Glaubenssätzen liegt der Fokus auf der Anwendung bewährter Methoden aus unterschiedlichen Coaching- und Beratungsansätzen. Anhand konkreter Übungen und Fallbeispiele erproben die Teilnehmenden ein integratives Vorgehen, um Klient:innen zu mehr Selbstwirksamkeit und innerer Freiheit zu begleiten. Inhalte: Was sind Glaubenssätze und wie lassen sie sich kategorisieren? Entstehung von Glaubenssätzen Methoden zur Veränderung von hinderlichen Glaubenssätzen Konkretes Vorgehen u. a. bei folgenden Methoden: Zürcher Ressourcen Modell Inneres Team Lösungsorientiertes Coaching ABC-Modell (Kognitive Verhaltenstherapie) Reframing Selbst-Empowerment (NC-SEE) Innere Antreiber (Transaktionsanalyse)
