Von den Grundlagen der KI-Nutzung über effektives Prompting bis hin zu konkreten Anwendungsbeispielen in etablierten Methoden wie dem Zürcher Ressourcen-Modell (ZRM), Innerem Team oder lösungsorientiertem Coaching – der Fokus liegt auf unmittelbar umsetzbaren Techniken. Mit Live-Demos, interaktiven Übungen und Austauschrunden. Inhalte: Grundlagen: Nutzung von Künstlicher Intelligenz als Coach und im Coaching Effektives Prompting: Praktische Techniken, um präzise Anweisungen für Tools zu formulieren Anwendungsbeispiele: KI-Anwendung in Kombination mit Methoden wie ZRM, inneres Team etc. Ethische und rechtliche Aspekte: Chancen, Grenzen, Risiken
