Language(s): GermanKonflikte gehören elementar zum Alltagserleben in der Führung ebenso, wie in der Beratung. Ganz gleich ob Konflikte zwischen Mitarbeitern unterschiedlicher Bereiche, zwischen Mitarbeitern eines Teams, zwischen Führung und Mitarbeitern und Ehrenamtlern, Konflikte im Umgang mit Externen oder Konflikte aufgrund unterschiedlicher Prozessideen oder, oder, oder… Kurzum, Konflikte treten überall auf, und sie sind genau genommen der Normalfall. Bisweilen erweisen sie sich als paradox, ranken um Machtstrukturen und halten sich hartnäckig. Und es erweist sich als Irrglaube, dass es bei der Konflikthandhabung stets um Lösung geht. Demnach ist Konfliktmanagement anspruchsvolles Führungswerkzeug. Die Handlungsoptionen in Konflikten, das Verstehen der Wirkmechanismen in Konflikten sowie die Gestaltung von Gesprächen hin zu Lösungen sind die Themen dieses Praxisraums.
