Systemaufstellungen im organisationalen Kontext - Die andere Wirksamkeit in Führung, Beratung und Coaching Systemaufstellungen im organisationalen Kontext erfreuen sich zunehmender Beliebtheit. Und erfreulicherweise wächst die wissenschaftliche Durchleuchtung dieser Arbeit kontinuierlich. Gerade Anwendern im Organisataionsumfeld ist das oft besonders wichtig. Mit der Aufstellungsarbeit einher geht ein besonders hoher Grad an Verantwortung für die Anleitenden und damit ein entsprechend hoher Professionalisierungsbedarf, insbesondere auch systemtheoretisch fundiert. Es kommt nicht von ungefähr, dass man das Aufstellen als Königsdisziplin unter den psychosozialen Methoden bezeichnet. Unter der Überschrift SYSTEMAUFSTELLUNGEN IM ORGANISATIONALEN KONTEXT - DIE ANDERE WIRKSAMKEIT IN FÜHRUNG, BERATUNG UND COACHING startet ab dem 25.02.2027 eine berufsbegleitende Fortbildung für all jene, die die Aufstellungsarbeit in diesem Umfeld professionell angehen wollen. Die Fortbildung ist infosyon-zertifiziert und führt zum infosyon-certified Professional. Der Veranstaltungsort ist der Kunze-Hof in Seefeld (Jadebusen) inmitten des Weltnaturerbes Wattenmeer.
