Language(s): GermanDer Mimikresonanz® Master lädt dich ein, die emotionale Welt hinter Mimik – bei dir selbst und anderen – besser zu erkennen. Denn in einer digitalen Welt gilt: Es geht nicht um ein „entweder Technik oder Menschlichkeit“, sondern um ein Sowohl-als-auch. Während Prozesse und Kommunikation immer stärker automatisiert werden, sind emotionale und soziale Intelligenz die entscheidenden Zukunftskompetenzen. Die Wissenschaft zeigt: ✨ Emotionale Intelligenz (EI) ist der Schlüssel für Vertrauen, Authentizität und Zusammenarbeit. ✨ Soziale Intelligenz (SI) ist das Navigationssystem in komplexen Beziehungen – sie hilft, Dynamiken richtig zu lesen und stabile Netzwerke aufzubauen. Beides trainierst du im Master intensiv: In praktischen Übungen stärkst du deine emotionale Intelligenz, um dich selbst und andere klarer zu verstehen. In interaktiven Breakout-Sessions entwickelst du deine soziale Intelligenz weiter und lernst, mit unterschiedlichsten Persönlichkeiten souverän zu kommunizieren. In fünf aufeinander aufbauenden Modulen (Kompakt, Expert, Profiling, Impact, Perception Camp) verbindest du Empathie, Menschenkenntnis und Wirkungskompetenz – und entwickelst damit ein starkes Fundament für deinen Erfolg als Solo-Selbstständige:r. Du lernst Emotionen präzise zu erkennen, Missverständnisse zu vermeiden, Stress abzubauen, deine Außenwirkung bewusst zu steuern und Beziehungen nachhaltig zu gestalten.
