Language(s): GermanDiese Supervisionsgruppe richtet sich an Mediator, Mediator in Ausbildung sowie an Fachkräfte, die mediationale Kompetenzen in ihrer beruflichen Praxis einsetzen. Anhand konkreter Praxisfälle reflektieren wir herausfordernde Mediationsprozesse, den Umgang mit Konfliktdynamiken und Emotionen sowie Fragen von Rolle, Haltung und Allparteilichkeit. Die Gruppe bietet einen geschützten Raum für fachliche Vertiefung, kollegialen Austausch und die Weiterentwicklung der eigenen professionellen Praxis. Die Teilnahme unterstützt die Qualität mediativer Arbeit und kann zur Erfüllung der Anforderungen im Rahmen der Qualifizierung zur zertifizierten Mediator beitragen. Leitung: Thomas Lorenzen und Nicole Freckmann. Die Treffen finden zweimal jährlich statt.
