Language(s): GermanManche beruflichen Begegnungen beschäftigen uns länger als andere. Unsere offene Balintgruppe bietet einen geschützten Raum, um solche Erfahrungen gemeinsam zu reflektieren und das Beziehungsgeschehen im beruflichen Alltag besser zu verstehen. Ausgehend von konkreten Situationen aus der eigenen beruflichen Praxis entsteht ein gemeinsamer Verstehensprozess. Wahrnehmungen, Gedanken, Gefühle, Bilder und Resonanzen der Gruppe eröffnen neue Perspektiven auf die jeweilige Situation und die eigene professionelle Rolle. Dabei geht es nicht um Ratschläge oder schnelle Lösungen, sondern um ein vertieftes Verständnis von Beziehungsdynamiken und daraus entstehende neue Handlungsmöglichkeiten. Das Angebot richtet sich an Menschen aus pädagogischen, psychosozialen, beratenden, therapeutischen und anderen beziehungsorientierten Arbeitsfeldern. Unterschiedliche berufliche Perspektiven sind ausdrücklich willkommen. Die Gruppe umfasst 6–12 Teilnehmende und findet in Bremerhaven statt.
