EASC AWARD Society, ethics and responsibility – EASC Social Star 2026
1. Significance
The EASC Social Award honors individuals, projects, organizations, or initiatives that intentionally use coaching, supervision, consulting, or organizational development to promote social responsibility. The focus is not on economic success, but on societal benefit: empowering people, enabling participation, supporting crises, reducing disadvantage, or fostering social innovation.
2. Description of the Award
The award recognizes outstanding contributions in which coaching and supervision competencies have been used to address societal challenges. Examples:
- Coaching for disadvantaged groups
- Supervision in social institutions
- Support for refugees, young people, care workers, or volunteers
- Projects on inclusion, diversity, or mental health
- Low-threshold counseling services for people with limited resources
- Social projects with demonstrable impact
The award aims to make visible that coaching and supervision not only support individual development but can also carry social responsibility.
