EASC has grown in recent years and gained many new members. We are very pleased about this!
Under the motto ‘EASC empowers’, we are now launching a Mentoring Programme and offering a new platform, mentoring, to all those who are at the beginning of their professional careers and are looking for exchange with Coaches and Supervisors and those who want to pass on their experience.
The kick-off event will be online on the 18th of September 2025, directly linked to the online congress, which will take place this year on the 19th and 20th of September 2025.
The plan is to form small groups of mentees and one mentor each, who will meet online about 4-6 times a year to discuss the mentees' topics and exchange experiences.
The programme will end with a meeting during the in-person congress in September 2026. At the same time, a new mentoring programme will start during the congress.
