EASC Strengthens Supervision in Europe: Cooperation with the Spanish Association of Social Workers

We are excited to announce a significant new partnership! Last Friday in Madrid, our President Susanne Rieger signed a cooperation agreement with Emi Vicente, President of the Spanish Association of Social Workers. This collaboration marks an important step in further advancing the professionalization of supervision and coaching across Europe.

Our Shared Goals:

✅ Promoting dialogue and building a strong professional community across Europe
✅ Ensuring the highest quality standards in supervision and coaching
✅ Establishing a transnational network for training and knowledge exchange
✅ Supporting research and scientific discourse to develop the field further
✅ Upholding ethical and professional standards for coaches and supervisors

Qualified supervisors are urgently needed, especially in the social sector. A key objective of this partnership is to enhance supervision training and raise public awareness of its importance in Spain.
