GSN is an individual member organisation. It is free to join and free to attend all sessions. The GSN has been set up for experienced coaches around the world to come together. Its primary purpose is continuing professional and personal development, but it also has active working groups in:
- Supervision of supervisions
- Internal Supervision and Coaching
- Research - actively supporting members to do research and engage in writing in the field
- Supervision and the Climate and Ecological Emergency
